Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging or accessories

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our quality team.
- Refund processing may take up to 10–15 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- In the case of damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped products, Enzo Shot will cover the return shipping costs.
