At Enzo Shot, we aim to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Customized or special-order products

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved by our quality team.
  • Refund processing may take up to 10–15 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • In the case of damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped products, Enzo Shot will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
